Evo offers outstanding vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free fare, but "our number one seller is the Kobe beef burger," says Al Maykel, "and we also appeal to everyone who wants a steak, chicken or seafood." Maykel and his sister, Celeste, opened this fresh, sophisticated restaurant next to their parents' business, the Living Earth, last December.
